The New Jersey Folk Festival invites applications for Craft Vendor spaces at the 2022 festival! The festival is scheduled for Saturday April 30th, 2022 (pending approval for all Rutgers Day events by campus administration). We have an entirely new application process and timeline this year, so make sure to check out all new changes.
The Jury will choose artist vendors based on the following criteria– Applicants can choose two criteria under which they wish to be evaluated: Cultural/ethnic/heritage craft traditions, Distinctively New Jersey products, Highly skilled/handmade crafts, Relevant to festival theme, Long-term NJ Folk Fest vendors, and Ability to sell products online.
Event logistics also see some changes this year to vendor spaces and logistics: Reduction of booth spaces available for social distancing, adjacent parking next to booths allowed, and vendor booth spaces will be assigned.
