March to the Gardens

The New Jersey Folk Festival kicks off its 2021-2022 festival theme “On the Move: Transportation and Migration” on Saturday, September 25th in collaboration with the March to the Rutgers Gardens event, which highlights the importance of walking and pedestrian access across the Rutgers Campus. The March is from 10am – 1pm on the Cook Campus. The New Jersey Folk Festival’s podcast team will be present with our recording booth at the conclusion of the march in the Rutgers Gardens Farmers Market pavilion. Stop by and share your story of what it means to MOVE, MIGRATE, and TRANSIT within and beyond the state the New Jersey at our recording booth!
